Which soccer shoes can i get that support my foot arch?

i live in Calgary so things here are hard to get because they barely ever come in.
i am starting the outdoor season in soccer and i need new shoes because my other ones dont fit.
i went to physio because of a knee injury and she said that i had to get shoes which had support for my foot arch becsue im flat footed-

so now, which outdoor soccer shoes would you reccommend and which indoor shoes would you reccommend? (both for soccer)

thank you

Personally, my favorite outside shoes for arch support are Nike Vapors. I can’t help you with indoors, but I’m sure Pumas would work wonderfully.

I had that problem. Buy some pumas they are really comfortable and great arch support. Witch ones to get dependes on your price range. For 65-200 dollars i would say get (outdoor)Puma v1.08 i fg (indoor)PUMA v1.08 Sala cheaper than that are(indoor) PUMA v5.08 IT (outdoor)PUMA v-Kat II GCi FG I hope this helps. =]

ok dude, here’s what you need to do. buy some nike total90 lasers, and just stick in arch supports, or take out the insole, and put in your own special orthotics. lasers are the perfect cleats to do this with b/c they are a bit wide, but they’re amazing cleats. i have them and putting in an arch support wouldn’t make them too tight on your foot
