Cardio #5 is followed by calf raises, decline push-ups, hover squats, and more. The core/ab work and stretch. You may feel after reading the line up that these exercises are similar to other high step workouts, but it’s the exercise sequence & varied equipment changes that give this workout its unique challenge.
