Everytime, I start running on the treadmill after not running for awhile, I get this horrible stinging in my legs that itches and burns. Today, I actually had to get off the treadmill. I am assuming it is a circulation issue. Does anyone ever experience this? I asked my doc about it and he said not to worry.
I’m in Gamma. I was wondering when should I start wearing skirts or dresses. I wear a jacket and skating pants right now. So, I wonder when would be the appropriate time to wear skirts or dresses. Also, what dress or skirt would you reccomend.
I use to love to run then i got into a car accident and i could not run for some time. I am tiring to get in shape and would love to start running again. But every time i try to i get tired and out of breath. What is the best way to start running again. Like should i run for 5 mins then walk for like two and keep this up but each time add a min to my running time. Please help.
