Running/Training in racing shoes with less support?

I want to start using running shoes that have less support because I heard it’s better for the feet and was wondering if running in like racing flats would be a good idea.

What is the best running shoe for around $130 or less? I am looking for a shoe with good support.?

I have a semi-bad ankle, and I need a shoe that is cushiony and super-comfortable. I’d like to wear the tennis shoes to work and as a running shoe. Since I am constantly on my feet, comfort is a big deal. I’d also like a shoe that absorbs shock.

What is the best mountain bike for $600 or less?

I’ve been looking at the specialized hardrock disc comp 2007. I Think I want that but before I make a purchase what else is there? Would you suggest a better bike for mountain biking? If so why?
Also I want a quality bike but of course cheapest price is always best. I dont want a cheap bike just a cheap deal on a good bike. Any ideas?
