When I first start running on the treadmill, I have a terrible stinging in my legs can anyone relate?

Everytime, I start running on the treadmill after not running for awhile, I get this horrible stinging in my legs that itches and burns. Today, I actually had to get off the treadmill. I am assuming it is a circulation issue. Does anyone ever experience this? I asked my doc about it and he said not to worry.

My legs are very disproportional is that good for rowing?

Hi I’ve recently realised that my legs are in weird proportions. Im 1.8m tall and my legs in total are 1.03 m long. But my calves are only 43 cm long and my quads are 60 cm long. Its really weird. Im a rower and im wondering if this is good for rowing. If it isnt what sport would it suit? Athletics? Running?
