If I start swimming, maybe water aerobics, how many times should I be doing this a week?? and how long each time??? i am new to the wokout scene, which is why i need to know. Also I am needing to lose about 80 lbs, so I know it will take awhile, which i am cool with that.. just need a little guidance! Thanks!!
i currently do mma, but theres not much standup work. i was going to do kickboxing. But its really just an aerobics class, with an optional fighters class, but it says its for advanced people. Would this suffice, or would i need to do boxing. Also there is some jujitsu in it, ould i need to go to a separate jujitsu class?

well i’ve all the time in the world right now, and i plan to exercise all day, lowering the intensity when i’m tired, and taking breaks once every 2-3 hours.
it’s something like: 9-12 noon, 1-4pm, 6.30-8.30pm
what i’ll be doing is mostly swimming, gym and exercise classes (e.g. aerobics or sculpting classes and so on)
is this a good idea for fitness and endurance?
