I’m in decent shape and recently took an aerobics test and placed as an ‘elite’ 13 year old aerobic shape. However, I still feel like I want to throw up during my runs. I need to start speed now because track starts in four weeks (March 25). Help me because I need this fixed.
JJ, I appreciate the help however; I don’t drink any sugar.
I bought a pair of saucony running shoes today and when I tried them out on pavement it felt like every time i lifted my feet it took some effort to un-stick them from the ground. I found this kind of annoying so I took them off and debating returning them. Is this what all good running shoes should feel like?
I have a TKO punching bag that hangs from a rack. I enjoy working with it, but when I practice some moves in the air, or infront of my mirror.
It doesn’t flow as smoothly !
( and I feel unorthodox )
Can you explain the reason for this ?
