What is the best type of skateboard for street skating?

i have narrowed down the choices to either element or plan b.
the type of skating i will be doing is pretty much just flat land and i need a board with a lot of pop for Ollie’s and flips.
also it would be help full if u could tell me how long they usually last, and what type of pro skater made the board like ryan shekler or some one like that.
thanks.

What is the best way to increase running speed and endurance for football?

I know run. But are there any tools to improve results without risk of injury or should I just go old school style and just spend long summer hours just running and sprinting. I don’t have any hills or anything to run up either.
