		<description>Swimming will not cause any trauma to your knees, and will help &quot;thin out your legs.&quot;  Mostly though, you have to lose weight in general.  Exercise will tone muscle, but you can&#039;t target an area to lose weight.   Being strong and fit is more important than just being thin.  IMO.</description>
